Magnificent Necklace & Bracelet Pot
Metal Aqua Set with bonus coordinating earrings
Magical
aqua stone encrusted silver tone pot metal necklace & bracelet
set is so elegant.
Stones
are bezel set into the heavyweight metal & vary in size with
the largest faceted stones measuring 5/16".
The
necklace measures 16" with a O-ring closure. the pendant
portion of the choker is 4 1/2" across & drops 1 3/4"
at widest point.
Bracelet
is hinged 5 times (the hinges are also embellished with stones)
& has a hidden clasp. It is 6 3/4" with the clasp adding
another 1/4".
Screw
back style earrings are a very similar color to the rest of the
set & came from the same estate, but are marked sterling.
They look like a match.
No
markings that I can find on the necklace or bracelet.
Very
nice condition with gentle wear consistent to vintage jewelry.
There are a lot of small stones & it is possible there may
be a few missing....but I don't see any. The overall impression
is WONDERFUL but if you love your jewelry to look new this is
NOT the set for you. Overall age is beautiful but apparent. Estimated
1930's to early 1940's vintage.

1920's Maiden Necklace With Fancy Filigree
& Gorgeous Oval Blue Glass
Magnificently
faceted pendant necklace features a silvery filigree encased
oval faceted glass stone that is a rich purplish-blue.
The
glass measures nearly 1" long. Pendant is just short of
2" & very "frothy" looking with fancy cut
work. Tiny faceted stones flank either side of the centerpiece.
The
delicate chain is only 12 1/4" end-to-end making the necklace
suitable for an adolescent or very thin woman.
Old
style push-in clasp.
No
markings that I can find, however this is believed to be rhodium
plated.
Very
nice condition with gentle wear consistent to vintage jewelry.
Tiny surface scratching on stone visible with loupe. Not marring.

Fine Old Victory Bracelet Believed to be
from the 1st World War
Magnificently
detailed old Victory bracelet is marvelous in detail with scrolling
& eagle? wings.
Delicate
style cuff is 1/2" wide & beautifully aged with a mellow
but not dark patina.
Probably
most suitable for a smaller wrist (7"). Opening is just
under 1/2" wide, and while flexible, this is very old &
probably shouldn't be stretched too indiscriminately.
Slightly
out of shape (oval) but overall condition is excellent.
Believed
to be from the early 1900's due to the fine quality & delicate
engraving. This just does not look like a 1940's piece, but it
is possible.

brass bracelet features lions or griffins at each panel of the
4-panel bracelet.
- Bracelet is is nearly
2" wide at widest points & measures 6 3/4" long

to metal. The "stations" are heavier weight, possibly
brass clad pot metal, and the embellished book-style hinges appear
to be brass.
